At INtwoIT I strive to keep “value” front and centre in all my fee agreements. In all instances, I work with sponsors and leaders to ensure clarity and alignment on goals and desired outcomes. It is my hope that clients will favour an approach that values co-creation so that together we can identify the right type of leadership solution. I know that tailored programs require tailored pricing and I will do my best to remain responsive and flexible to your budget and resource requirements while pricing my services at comparable market rates.

Shadow Coaching

Shadow Coaching is a real-time learning method intended to raise awareness of a person’s behaviours in an organizational and leadership context in order to make necessary adaptations that lead to more effective and successful results. As your coach, I will collect data by accompany you to meetings, observing a presentation, or watching you facilitate a team process. Throughout the afternoon there will be opportunities to explore underlying assumptions and intent and facilitate a plan for implementing insights. All shadow coaching engagements involve a pre-session planning meeting to determine focus areas for development and growth. Additionally, a summary report and debrief is provided including next steps for implementation.

LIFE COACHING

OptimizeD Life

10 Months of bi-weekly 60-75 minute sessions.

Our global pledge: Every year 2% of all coaching and consulting fees are donated to an organization doing outstanding social and/or environmental work at home or abroad. Unless you specify otherwise, 2013-14 is the year of the elephant and rhino. Donations will be made to The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

CONSULTING AND TRAINING FEES

Consulting and Training

Consulting and Training engagements begin with a complimentary initial discovery session to understand your needs and thinking to date. Following this confidential meeting, Yael will provide you with a proposal detailing the scope of work, expected outcomes, deliverables and terms of payment. The proposal is reviewed, and refined as necessary before final agreement. In all cases, INtwoIT understands that organizations are not predictable entities, therefore, course revisions and contract amendments may be necessary and arrived at by mutual agreement.

Per Diem $2000-$3000 (plus applicable taxes)

Half-day $1200-$1500 (plus applicable taxes)

POLICIES

30 Days cancellation notice on consulting and training contracts, or client pays 50% of the contract.

Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise indicated.

Some consulting and training initiatives require additional support and/or expertise. I work with a select group of specialized consultants and coaches whose involvement will be priced in accordance with their involvement and asking rates.

Confidentiality: Your business is your business. Conversations, documentation, and plans will be kept private and confidential, unless agreed to otherwise.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

I (and trusted associates) will consistently do my part to confirm that our work together is meeting or exceeding your expectations. As the client, it is your responsibility to speak up about what it is that you want and let me know when course adjustments need to be made. This level of mutual accountability brings proven results. If, however you are not satisfied, a 30-day cancellation notice on consulting, training and coaching contracts is appreciated.
