Leadership Coaching

At INtwoIT Leadership Development & Coaching we believe effective and engaging leadership is a choice governed by thoughtful action, emotional intelligence, self-awareness and a deep desire to lead and develop the talent of others. Leadership coaching offers leaders the opportunity to identify their leadership strengths and areas for development.

Often leadership coaching is pursued at a timely point of professional transition. Coaching targets outcomes that a client and/or their organization has deemed vital for their existing or anticipated future role. Goals for the coaching engagement are often designed in the context of a formal Leadership Program, or can be individualised based around the results of a leadership assessment or feedback from a recent performance review. In other instances, a client may have an acute awareness of the gaps in their leadership abilities and seek out coaching as a way to more swiftly and strategically develop their capabilities.
